Annas Pepparkakor AB part of Lotus Bakeries – Junior KAM / KAM

The foundations for Annas Pepparkakor were laid way back in 1929 with the home bakery founded by Anna and Emma Karlsson. In November 2008, the company was bought up by the Belgian family-owned company, Lotus Bakeries, and Annas now has a presence in over 20 different countries, with a massive 60 per cent of production going for export.

On behalf of Annas Pepparkakor and Lotus we are now looking for a Key Account Manager who will play an important role in strengthen their business. In the role as a Key Account Manager you will contribute to achieve strategies and goals for both Annas, Lotus Biscoff and BEAR in collaboration with internal team and external partners.

The office is based in Tyresö, Stockholm, together with the production plant.

Responsibilities for the role:

  • Sales and account management both on national and regional level, with retailers, wholesalers, cash & carry as well as larger end user chains.
  • Key task to find new business opportunities to further increase distribution and penetration of our brands.
  • Operational steering of external SE sales partners salesforce (Sales Support Convenience and OOH field teams) as well as stepping in to do tasks in customer service and logistics when needed.
  • Adapt brand strategies laid out by brand owner of Lotus Biscoff, Dinosaurus, Annas and BEAR and development and implement action plan.
  • Market of our brands on both national and regional customers within area of responsibility.

You will be on top of the business we have within area of responsibility by delivering accurate forecast, participating in S&OP process to enable that we meet our sales and service level targets. You will also manage administrative tasks linked to the Key Account Manager role; CRM system, budget tracking, sales partners data and tracking system.

We are looking for a person with the following experience:

To be successful as a Key Account Manager, you should be a strong communicator with good negotiation skills and a good network within trade. You are task and result oriented with a hands-on mentality who goes the extra mile to reach your goal.

In combination we see the following experience:

  • University degree (Marketing related education) or equivalent
  • Previous FMCG experience within sales or marketing role
  • Preferably 1-2 years KAM experience or 2-5 years as sales representative with increased responsibility
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft office
  • User knowledge in SAP
  • Experience in trade marketing, OOH and Nielsen is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English

The shares of Lotus Bakeries are listed on Euronext Brussels. The majority of the shares are owned by the Boone and Stevens family.
