Burger King – Trade Marketing Analyst (Future leader recruitment)

Are you ready to take on a new exciting role as Trade Marketing Analyst for Burger King? We are currently looking for a career driven marketer at the beginning of the career to join the Burger King Marketing team based in the central part of Stockholm. The team and this role are responsible for both the Danish and Swedish consumer markets.

This roll has two main focus areas, being a traditional Marketing coordinator as well as being a Trade Analyst. Burger King has over 130 stores in Sweden and over 50 stores in Denmark which all need more attention, activation help, analysis and development. This role will be an important part of the marketing team and Burger Kings development on the Swedish and Danish markets going forward!

This is a future leader recruitment where Burger King is looking for someone at the start of their FMCG career (1-2 years of experience) with strong future managment ambitions. About the Responsibilities of the role:

Trade (approx. 70% of the role)

• Responsible for trade campaigns (briefing to execution)

• Responsible for trade activations (briefing to execution)

• Responsible for trade analysis, evaluation, and development (incl. store visits)

• Franchise coordinator (everyday contact)

• Responsible for new openings of restaurants

• Performance Management and Driving Sustainable Profitable Growth

Marketing/Marketing Coordination (approx. 30% of the role)

• Responsible for trade campaigns (briefing to execution)

• Coordinate smaller and larger market campaigns (printings, approvals, deliverables)

• Responsible for coordinating everyday graphics requests with creative agency

• Responsible for tactical activations (briefing to execution)

• Responsible for uploading content in all digital surfaces (incl. Back-end) such as: kiosk, menu boards, app, website etc.

Your Profile, who are you?

We see that you are an organized and structured project manager with a great attention to details. It’s important that you feel confident managing various number of projects at once. The role requires that you are service-minded and social/outgoing and like to travel and meet new people on a weekly basis. You have a strong analytic side as well and enjoy evaluating, improving and constantly working for development. At Burger King the team works at a fast pace and in a constantly changing and dynamic work environment, hence you need to enjoy working in a high pace, be flexible and good at taking your own initiatives. It’s a strong but small team and therefor transparency, low prestige and being a team-player is very important at Burger King. This is a completely new role which gives you the opportunity to be part of shaping the role and its responsibilities.

Experience & Skills:

• 1-2 years’ experience of a similar roll withing Marketing

• FMCG/Food/Retail experience

• Project Management skills

• Proven ability to deliver results

• Proven ability to work in a multi-functional organisation with varied stakeholders (in this role you will work with different central departments as well as very close with the restaurants/franchises).

• Strong communication skills, it is very important for this role to be fluent in Swedish (both written and orally)

• Delivery-focused with a high degree of ownership and a positive, growth mindset!

• Collaborative and team-orientated
