On behalf of Client – Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for a self-motivated and proactive Marketing Assistant to join one of our clients in Malmö, a well-established company within the food industry. If you’re passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives and day-to-day operations.

 

As part of the team, you’ll be involved in areas such as:

 

• Operational support to Assistant and Senior Brand Managers

 

• Assisting with market analysis and tracking brand performance through various systems

 

• Monitoring and evaluating brand activities, including promotions, product launches, and media campaigns

 

• Contributing to the development of packaging operations and promotional materials

 

• Assisting with implementation and follow-up of marketing projects

 

• Managing social media and digital brand presence (website, Facebook/Instagram)

 

• Coordinating and tracking promotional campaigns

 

• Participating in marketing plan development

 

• Providing administrative support to the marketing team

 

 

We’re looking for someone who:

 

• Has a genuine passion for marketing

 

• Is eager and willing to learn new concepts and tools

 

• Works well in a team and communicates effectively

 

• Is tech-savvy and quick to pick up new systems

 

• Has strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset

 

• Is fluent in English (Swedish is a strong advantage)

 

• Can thrive in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment

 

• Is able to work independently when needed
